Teleport to a strange world where nothing is quite right! Campers will love participating in themed games and activities and creating an original theatre performance based on this exciting theme. At the end of the session, family and friends will be teleported to another dimension as they witness our camper's wacky original performance.

To help bring the magic of theatre to life, discover the wonderful world of set design! In this visual arts based class, students will learn what it takes to create the scene for the players on the stage. They will spend the week drafting and creating a miniature set design to share with friends and family in a gallery style showcase at the end of the session.

Starting with unarmed 'hand to hand' combat before progressing into fights of weaponry, campers will demonstrate their fighting skills for their friends and family during their end-of-session performance. In Far Away Fairy Tale Land, the Book of Fairy Tales is kept safe from harm. Each morning it’s opened and the Fairy Tales are told as written and each night it’s closed and locked safely away… that is until the Wicked Witch and all the other fairy tale foe decide to steal the book to give themselves a chance at a happily ever after. Join your favorite fairy tale friends and foe as the stories you know and love get flipped upsidedown!

Yes, and! In this camp, students will dive into this style of comedy which is all about quick thinking, team work, and of course creating absurd situations and characters in seconds.  After a week of improv games and exercises meant to expand their imagination, campers will show off their new skills live for family and friends at our end-of-session showcase.

Witches and wizards will take part in the wizarding world’s most exciting, centuries-old, tradition—the Tri-Wizard Tournament.  But what happens when the rules are challenged?  This class will give students the opportunity to write and perform in their own spellbinding adventure while building upon their theatre skills.  Family and friends are invited to attend the final showcase at the end of the week.

Join George and Harold as we embark on a journey filled with many underwear adventures! Campers will hypnotize Mr. Krupp and turn him into the one and only Captain Underpants! Help him save the world by experimenting with snot slime, making superhero capes, building toilet paper towers, and much more! Campers will also create an exciting theatrical performance to share with friends and family.

Learn the art of creating worlds through the manipulation of paper! Budding artists will create using layering and folding methods resulting in bringing original landscapes to life. Led by our expert instructors, students will display their final three dimensional art pieces for friends and family at the end of session showcase.

This class is specifically designed for student actors who are wanting to participate in full productions either with Oklahoma Children’s Theatre or in their own schools and communities.    Student actors will work alongside professional actors and directors to hone the skills necessary to be confident and successful in any future production. Skills in this class include: audition technique, actors etiquette, blocking, in depth character development, memorization techniques and more.

Beauty is in the eye of the ogre in Shrek The Musical JR., based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film and fantastic Broadway musical.  It's a "big bright beautiful world" as everyone's favorite ogre, Shrek, leads a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue a princess and find true acceptance.  Part romance and part twisted fairy tale, Shrek JR. is an irreverently fun show with a powerful message for the whole family.

Once upon a time, in a faraway swamp, there lived an ogre named Shrek.  One day, Shrek finds his swamp invaded by banished fairytale misfits who have been cast off by Lord Farquaad, a tiny terror with big ambitions.
